Crisis and Mental Health
TIACS (This Is A Conversation Starter) was built specifically for tradies, apprentices, and blue-collar workers, by people who understand what your working life actually looks like. Free, confidential, and with no referral or waitlist, you can call or text a qualified counsellor Monday to Friday, 8am to 10pm AEST. No runaround. Just real support from people who get it.
