QLDLSCSQ01 Queensland Builder – Low Rise Site Supervisor
Individuals in the Building and Construction industry can undertake this course in order to meet the technical qualification requirement needed to apply for a Site Supervisor Builder Low Rise licence with the QBCC. With this licence, you can manage and guide building activities on construction sites to ensure they meet all the necessary standards and regulations.

If you’re eligible for CSQ funding, you’ll only pay a $250 student co-contribution fee. It’s the same course, the same qualification, and the same practical support from real tradies who understand the industry and want to see you succeed.

If you’re not eligible for CSQ funding, you can still complete the Low Rise Site Supervisor course through our Fee for Service option. Learn from experienced builders and gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to oversee projects safely and efficiently.

Stage 2

CPCCBC4001 – Apply building codes and standards to the construction process for Class 1 and 10 buildings

CPCCBC4008 – Supervise site communication and administration processes for building and construction projects
Stage 3

CPCCBC4053 – Apply building codes and standards to the construction process for Class 2 to 9 Type C buildings

CPCCBC4010 – Apply structural principles to residential and commercial constructions
Prerequisites for CPCCBC4010 – Apply structural principles to residential and commercial constructions are CPCCBC4053 and CPCCBC4001.

Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) Initiative offers funding incentives for this course.
CSQ is an independent, not-for-profit, industry-funded body supporting employers, workers, apprentices, trainees and career seekers in the building and construction industry.
CSQ Skill Sets Program
Under the CSQ Skill Sets Program, CSQ will contribute $4000.00 towards the total cost of your qualification, reducing your student co-contribution fee to $250.00.
Participant Eligibility
You may be eligible for CSQ Funding if you have the right to work in Australia and are an Eligible Worker or Unemployed Eligible Worker in Queensland.
An Eligible Worker is someone substantially engaged in the Building and Construction industry for the majority of their regular working hours.
To be considered for CSQ Funding, you will need to provide the necessary documentation to support your eligibility.
