Brady Walker - Meet the Trainer

    By

Brady Walker brings more than a decade of Boilermaking experience into his role as Engineering Trainer and Assessor at Blue Dog Training. His focus is simple, precision, preparation, and professional standards that reflect real industry expectations.

In a trade where millimetres matter, Brady reinforces accurate marking out, correct set up, and disciplined checking before fabrication begins. These habits reduce rework, improve quality, and build apprentices who are confident and capable on site.

Engineering is not just about welding. It is about planning, tolerances, sequencing, and pride in workmanship.

Trainers like Brady play a critical role in strengthening the future workforce by developing apprentices who understand both the skill and the responsibility of the trade.

We are proud to support industry through practical, hands on training that reflects how work is actually done.
