His focus is on developing tradespeople who understand structure, sequencing, and site responsibility. From correct layout through to final fit off, carpentry influences every stage of construction. Getting it right early protects time, budget, and reputation.
Chris works closely with employers to ensure apprentices are building practical capability, not just ticking units off. Clear communication, safe practices, and attention to detail are reinforced consistently so apprentices are ready to contribute on site with confidence.
