I became a trainer: because I like imparting trade skills and knowledge in an industry I am passionate about. I like working with people and helping them develop useful work skills.

I became a trainer: because I get a lot of satisfaction from helping others, and training carpentry apprentices provides me the opportunity to do so. I believe the innovative Blue Dog way of training sets a solid foundation to ensure apprentices gain the skills and knowledge needed to be successful tradespeople.
Free time spent: coaching and playing Oztag, squeezing in golf, basketball and regular gym training into my week.
