It's that time of year again when we take a short break, look back over the year and do a bit of celebrating. Here at Blue Dog we would like to take the opportunity to thank all of our apprentices, employers, and those who support them like DET field officers and AAC representatives who have made doing business in 2010 such a pleasure. Also I would like to thank everyone at Blue Dog for another outstanding year.

We are continuing to grow with almost 1400 apprentices and over 950 employers taking part in the training of the carpenters, concreters and engineering apprentices who will build Queensland's future. 2010 at Blue Dog has seen a big increase in the number of boilermakers, diesel fitters, and fitters and turners enrolling with Blue Dog. Our short courses are continuing to gain in popularity and of course our carpenters continue to increase with many of our original apprentices now successful tradesmen employing their own apprentices. We have increased the courses we offer this year and have now developed a number of learning resources for numeracy assistance for apprentices, students in years 7 and 8 or anyone who needs a bit of a hand with their maths, it's free, worth a look and you'll find it under the courses link on our web page.

The dedicated team at Blue Dog have continued their hard work to make life easier for all our participants. Without the team's dedication to great customer service, innovative IT solutions and quality training Blue Dog would not be able to bring you its award winning training.
