Monday, October 4 is World Teacher's Day.
An international day to acknowledge and thank teachers, at Blue Dog Training, it's an important opportunity to express our gratitude to the trainers and employers who teach, support and guide our apprentices.
Established by the United Nation's Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) and celebrated in more than 100 countries, World Teacher's Day draws attention to the important role of teachers in society. The success of Blue Dog Training relies heavily on our Trainers partnership with employers, supporting apprentices throughout their training and ensuring they develop skills and continue to progress.
As the date falls on a public holiday in Queensland, the event will be celebrated on Friday 30 October.
With the majority of our trainers recovering from a big weekend of football yesterday; today, we celebrate and thank our trade qualified and industry experienced trainers who spend countless hours on the phone and onsite, visiting and supporting over a thousand apprentices.
