Always striving to improve service to their clients, while retaining a high quality approach to education, Blue Dog Training has launched another technological initiative that will make things a lot more efficient for our White Card clients.
From Monday 24 January, clients of Blue Dog Training undertaking White Card courses have the option of using a web cam to prove their identity. The web cam is not mandatory however clients who choose this option are prompted to show their ID, such as their driver's licence, to the camera, and a picture of their ID is taken. Also as the course progresses photos are taken at a number of times during the course. This means that clients no longer have to print and sign a Statutory Declaration then fax or email the Statutory Declaration and a copy of their ID to Blue Dog. A huge saving in time and effort for the White Card clients while making the course much more convenient and while ensuring the course retains its educational value.
This is a huge leap forward in service and convenience for our clients and in keeping with advances in technology with more and more computers including a web cam as a standard feature. If your computer does not have a web cam a reasonable one costs less than $20 if you want to upgrade.
Blue Dog White Cards; the original, the best and with our innovations making our clients' access to training as painless as possible.
