On November 19, 2009 Blue Dog Training was chosen as the winner of not one but two National awards.
At the National Training Awards ceremony in Canberra, Blue Dog won the Small Training Provider of the year. To win this prestigious award was certainly an honour and comes after winning the Qld Private Training Award in September.
In addition Blue Dog Training won the Innovative Business award. This award recognises the way in which our organisation has successfully demonstrated excellence in the use of information and communication technology in the delivery of education and training programs to clients and workforce employees. The award is open to all of the National finalists, irrespective of their size or industry. To be chosen as the winner of this award was certainly special and provides recognition that Blue Dog Training's belief that training can be done better.
These awards are special and together with the constant feedback we get from our customers, they are recognition that the Blue Dog services are making a difference to participants and employers alike. Blue Dog Training certainly seems to be on the right path.
To win any award let alone two National awards, is something special and it does not happen by chance. The Blue Dog plan has been there from day one. It's all about a passion that training can be done better and customer service is vital. Blue Dog Training is also very aware that success takes a team effort and involves everyone, our trainers and assessors, customer service staff, our IT specialists and developers, our admin staff, as well as all of our families. Most of all we value the input and support of our customers. We are committed to continuing to work hard to deliver training that adds true value to our participants and the business community.
