Feedback given to Blue Dog Training on the quality of learning resources and the training it provides has been exceptional. Hardly a week goes by however, when the Blue Dog Team is not contacted with requests to develop and deliver training in other areas. One common request has been that Blue Dog use its engaging methodologies to deliver literacy and numeracy support. As this is an area that can prevent people from achieving their life goals, Blue Dog Training undertook to develop comprehensive numeracy resources designed to support learners and to assist them to get the confidence to undertake further studies.

With an end in sight in the development process, Blue Dog sought and received a change of scope and is now registered to deliver 39163QLD Course in Vocational Numeracy 3. Blue Dog has also developed a great numeracy indicator tool that learners can access online which will identify areas where their numeracy skills could be strengthened prior to undertaking trade based training. Blue Dog can then provide tailored numeracy support in these areas that learners can access whenever and wherever they choose.
