What is a White Card?

A White Card is evidence that you have completed a General Construction Induction course/White Card course (previously known as the Blue Card course). This course is mandatory for anyone who works, or wants to work, in the construction industry. The White Card course is nationally recognised, and can be done online with Blue Dog Training 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our course is designed to take 6 hours, but with previous knowledge of general site safety requirements you may move through it quicker. All students are encouraged to watch the "Show Me" videos throughout the course to ensure they have a thorough understanding of site safety.

Which White Card do I need?

All White Cards are mutually recognised in each state of Australia. If you are unsure as to which White Card you should complete, we suggest that you discuss it further with your employer or your relevant work health and safety regulatory authority.
