A plot of productive output or unit work times of an individual or group as a function of time or output per unit time; used to predict the learning rate in starting up a new job or project. A standard time greater than that required by a qualified worker with normal skill and effort, following a prescribed method and utilizing allowances for delays, personal needs, and rest.
A term used to indicate that performance rating or production standards are based on daywork levels as contrasted to high task or incentive work performance. Sometimes taken to mean a level of performance below the level expected under measured daywork conditions.
