LAB See More

A shorthand term for any of a wide variety of programs which derive from the so-called "laboratory method of training," an approach that is primarily experiential. The term "lab" has become a suffix for many specific types of training designs; e.g., "conflict lab," "personal growth lab," etc.

LEADERSHIP See More

Interpersonal influence, exercised in a situation and directed, through the communication process, toward the attainment of a specified goal or goals.

LINE See More

(1) In the organizational sense line activities are those that contribute most directly to the accomplishment of the organization's primary objective.
(2) An authority and responsibility relationship between a superior and subordinate extending vertically in an uninterrupted train from the top to the bottom position in an organization.
